Our client is one of the biggest global industrial software companies. Currently they are looking for a Territory Manager.

Job Description

Consistently deliver and exceed sales targets for the Indonesia territory segmentPrioritize key growth metrics by actively hunting and prospecting new customers within the SMB segmentDesign and execute effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive SMB growthAdhere to rigorous sales processes, ensuring high-quality interactions with potential and existing customersCollaborate closely with marketing, lead development, and channels teams to actively promote the business in the Indonesian territory segmentLeverage marketing campaigns, demand generation strategies, and lead triaging across direct and indirect channels to maximize lead conversionPlan, organize, and execute all sales activities, from prospecting through closing deals, to ensure efficient and effective sales cyclesDevelop and own a strategic plan to deliver desired objectives from the assigned territory segment and contribute to overall market strategyProactively identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer relationships and revenue streams

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in Engineering / Business / Information TechnologyMinimum 7 years of working experience as Sales (hunting type), preferably in software for the SMB (small medium business) in IndonesiaExperienced in oil & gas, chemicals, power, marine, EPCs and manufacturing industries in IndonesiaProven track record of meeting / exceeding targets within assigned territory segmentEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal / external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiationExcellence in English verbal and written
